has been with Kool Kidz, Inc. since June of 2007. She received her degree in Physical Therapy from the Ohio State University in 2002, her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the Ohio State University in 2003, and her PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Kentucky in 2007. She has 5 years experience in the field of pediatrics as a physical therapist. Alyssa is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy and has specializations in early intervention from the Ohio State University and in developmental disabilities from the University of Kentucky. She has a strong interest in early intervention and has conducted research in frequency and intensity models of intervention with infants. Alyssa is currently treating kids in Cobb County. Her favorite things about working with Kool Kidz, Inc. are the flexibility in scheduling, the ability to see children in the community, and the opportunity to provide services to a wide variety of great families. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, watching Ohio State football, and visiting with friends and family. She and her husband, Dan, moved to Atlanta from Lexington, Kentucky in early 2007.
